6. An Australian resident may only enter once, as either an individual or as a member of a Group prior to round 24.
Tipping
7. Entrants will have the opportunity, in respect of each Match in each Round of the Season, to tip by:
(a) selecting a team that the Entrant expects will win the Match (a Draw cannot be selected);
(b) selecting the margin by which they expect that winning team's score to exceed the losing team's score at the conclusion of the Margin Game; and
(c) submitting those selections via the Website (selections for each Match must be submitted before the scheduled start time of the relevant Match).
An Entrant may make or change a tip for a given Match in a Round at any time prior to the scheduled starting time of that Match.
If the team an Entrant tips scores greater than or equal to the opposition score at the conclusion of a given Match, the tip is considered successful for that Match. This also applies to Streak and Gauntlet competitions.
Failure to tip
8. If an Entrant:
(a) does not submit a tip for a given Match in a Round, then the Entrant's tip for that Match will be deemed to be for the team determined, in the Promoter's sole discretion, to be the "away team"; or
(b) does not submit a tip for Matches in an entire Round, the Entrant's tips for that Round will be deemed to be those of the teams determined, in the Promoter's sole discretion, to be the "away teams" up to a maximum of five correct tips for that Round; or
(c) enters the Promotion after the commencement of the first Round of the Season, then the Entrant's tips for those Matches that have been completed will be deemed to be those of the teams determined to be the "away teams" to a maximum of five correct tips for each such Round.
Scoring
9. Subject to the rules relating to failure to tip in clause 8, Entrants will be allocated one point for each correctly selected winning team for a Match.
10. In the event of a Match in a given Round being drawn, cancelled, abandoned, not completed or not played for any reason and the AFL does not officially declare a result within three (3) days of the original scheduled date of the Match, it is treated as a win for both teams competing in that Match.
Overall Ranking
11. Throughout the Season, the Promoter will maintain and publish [https://tipping.collingwoodfc.com.au] a ladder which ranks the Entrants from highest to lowest based on their Scores. To determine the ranking of two or more Entrants that have an equal Score, the Entrant with the lower Cumulative Margin will rank higher than other Entrants with corresponding equal Scores ("Ranking").
Major Prize
12. There are five prizes available at the completion of the Season:
- First place: Two (2) 2026 AFL Grand Final Tickets with Grand Final Breakfast Hospitality (up to the value of $4,000 incl GST) ("First Prize"). Any other ancillary costs, change or other fees, taxes and charges associated with taking the prize are not included.

The Major Prize winners will be contacted by email within 2 days, and their name will be published on the Website on 14th September 2026.
In the event that the Major Prize is not claimed by 2:00 pm AEDST on 10th September 2026 the Major Prize will be awarded to the Entrant who would be the winner had the original winner been excluded from winning. This Major Prize winner will be contacted by email within 2 working days and their name published on the Website on 19 September 2026.
Sub-Competition
13. Entrants are automatically eligible to win prizes for the following two sub-competitions:
- "Gauntlet Competition"; and
- "Streak Competition"
Gauntlet Competition
14. The Gauntlet Competition relates to Round 7 to Round 24 (inclusive) during the Season ("Gauntlet Round"). To remain in the Gauntlet Competition, Entrants must correctly nominate a winning team of their choice (which team they have not previously tipped for the Gauntlet Competition) for each Gauntlet Round. Nominations must be submitted via the Website under the heading 'Gauntlet Competition' ("Gauntlet Tip").
15. To participate in the Gauntlet Competition, an Eligible Entrant must enter one (1) tip for each Gauntlet Round (i.e. submit a selection for one (1) team they think will be a Winning Team in that Round), until they either win the Gauntlet Competition or are eliminated (in accordance with these Terms) ("Gauntlet Tip"). An Eligible Entrant may make or change a Gauntlet Tip up until a match has started. Once a match starts, it will be locked. If you have selected a team in that match for your Gauntlet Tip, it will be locked. If you have not, you will not be able to select a Gauntlet Tip for that match. You will have the ability to select another match in that Gauntlet Round provided those matches haven’t started, and therefore been locked. An Eligible Entrant will not be able to submit any further Gauntlet Tips once they are eliminated from the Gauntlet Competition. The Gauntlet Tip is a separate tip from the tips for each Match in that Round submitted for the main Promotion.
16. A Gauntlet Tip will be a "winning tip" if the Eligible Entrant has entered a Gauntlet Tip in accordance with clause 51 and the team the Eligible Entrant tipped to win the Round is the Winning Team with the highest score in that Round (or, in the case where the highest score that Round is from a Draw, either of the Winning Teams with that score).
17. A team which has been tipped by an Eligible Entrant in one Gauntlet Round cannot be tipped again for a subsequent Gauntlet Round by that Eligible Entrant, for the purposes of this Gauntlet Competition.
18. Each eligible Entrant that has correctly selected a winning team in Round 7 for the purposes of the Gauntlet Competition, will remain in the competition, and may continue submitting their Gauntlet Tip in the following Rounds until they are eliminated.
19. Each eligible Entrant that fails to submit a Gauntlet Tip prior to the scheduled starting time of the first match in the relevant Round, or does not correctly nominate a winning team for the relevant Round for the purposes of the Gauntlet Competition, will be eliminated from the Gauntlet Competition and may not continue to submit their Gauntlet Tip for subsequent Gauntlet Rounds. Auto Tips for a Match do not qualify as Gauntlet Tips.
18. The winner of the Gauntlet Competition will be the Entrant who is the last remaining Entrant who has not been eliminated. If this occurs prior to the end of the nominated Gauntlet Rounds, the Gauntlet Competition will end at that point.
20. If there are multiple Entrants who have not been eliminated from the Gauntlet Competition at the end of the last Gauntlet Round, then the winner will be the Entrant (among the tied group) who submitted their Round 7 Gauntlet tip earliest.
21. It does not matter what day of the week your Gauntlet tip was. If your Gauntlet tip is in the final match of the round and loses, you remain equal with all other entrants who were eliminated in that same round
21. The Gauntlet Competition winner will be determined at the Judging Location on or before 2:00 pm AEST on 7 September 2026. The Gauntlet prize winner will be contacted by email within 2 days, and their name will be published on the Website on 14 September 2026. The winner of the Gauntlet Competition will receive from the Promoter a team signed Collingwood FC 2026 Guernsey (valued at $595 incl GST).
22. In the event that the Gauntlet prize is not claimed by 2:00 pm AEDST on 10 September 2026, the prize will be awarded to the Entrant who would be the winner of the Gauntlet Competition had the original winner been excluded from winning. This winner will be notified by email within 2 working days, and their name will be published on the Website on 19 September 2026.
Streak Competition
23. The Streak Competition runs from the Opening Round to Round 24 (inclusive) during the Season.
24. An Eligible Entrant who submits their tips on the “Streak” page is considered an Entrant of Streak ("Streak Entrants"). Streak Entrants do not need to fulfill a minimum amount of tips per week to remain in the Streak Competition, as Streak Entrants may “skip” as many games as they wish to – Streak Entrants may wish to stop playing altogether by ceasing to tip through the “Streak Page” (separate tipping section of the website). Streak Entrants progression is based on the amount of games correctly tipped in a “streak”.
25. At the end of the Season, the winner of the Competition will be:
(a) The Streak Entrant who holds the highest number of consecutive correctly tipped games (“Longest Streak”) at any point during the season, as determined by the conclusion of the final round of the season (Round 24).
(b) if there is more than one Streak Entrant with the same longest streak accumulated in the Streak Competition in the last Round of the season, then of those Streak Entrants remaining, the Streak Entrant with the fewer number of skipped games will be ranked higher.
(c) if the Streak Entrants are tied on the number of skipped games, then the Streak Entrant who first submitted their last tip in Round 24 is the winner
(d) if all tied Streak Entrants did not submit a tip in Round 24 then whoever has the earlier registration date is the winner
26. The Streak Competition winner will be determined at Judging Location on or before 2:00 pm AEST on 7th September 2026. The Streak Competition winner will be contacted by email within 2 days, and their name will be published on the club website 14th September 2026. The winner of the Streak Competition will receive a prize from the Promoter of a team signed Collingwood FC 2026 guernsey (valued at $595 incl GST).
27. In the event that the Streak prize is not claimed by 2:00 pm AEDST on 10th September 2026, the prize will be awarded to the Entrant that would have been the winner had the Streak Competition winner been excluded. This winner will be notified by email within 2 working days, and their name will be published on the Website on 19 September 2026.

28. If an Entrant is under 18 years, they must have their parent or guardian's consent to enter the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to request this consent in writing. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
29. Minors may use the prize, but they must have consent from their parent or legal guardian (which the Promoter may request in writing). All Prize Winners (and their parents or legal guardians if they are under 18 years of age) are required to sign a release and indemnity form in favour of the Promoter and return the document to the Promoter prior to taking their prizes.
